Our Website uses the YouTube API to embed YouTube videos on our Website. YouTube is adheres to the Google Privacy Policy, which can be found at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy. YouTube, through the YouTube API, may collect personal information about you, including which videos you watch on the YouTube platform. Clinch-On does not collect, process, or store YouTube API data.

We collect and process personal information you provide directly to us on the Site, by for example filling out and submitting the ‘Contact Us’ form. Personal information means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include information where the identity has been removed or is not able to be associated with an individual.

Most personal information we collect is given to us by you directly when you when you submit an online form on the website, email us, or call us. Due to the nature of the internet and how web traffic works, our servers may collect and log certain technical information, such as your IP address. However, we do not engage in behavioral advertising, and we do not utilize tracking technologies.
